The Annual General Meeting of the Queenscliff Golf Club will be held at the club on:

Saturday, July 6th at 11:30am

Venue – QGC clubhouse

Please Note:

  • • The Monthly Medal competition will be held over to Saturday 13th July
  • Attendees are welcome to play golf before or after the AGM. If required there will be a shotgun start at 7:30am to accommodate members. After the meeting, expected to run for an hour, the tee will be open for afternoon play in the daily competition.

We hope that you can attend to share in the achievements and challenges of the past year and hear about plans for the future of our great Club. Your support and patience as we strive to consolidate, develop and improve the Club in all areas has been appreciated and valued by the committee.

The following committee members have a year to run in their term of office: Peter Kleindienst (Committee), Alistair Hamblin (Treasurer), Brad Teal (Sponsorship & Marketing) and Brian Heron (House &Bar).

The retiring members are Tony Graham (President), Kate Jackson (Committee), Gordon Scorgie (Captain), Tom Buxton (Secretary) and Kelvin Pettigrove (Course).

Gordon is not seeking a position on the new committee. His expertise has guided us through a challenging period and the match and handicap program has run smoothly under his leadership. Thank you, Gordon.

Nomination forms for committee positions are available in the clubhouse for your consideration. We encourage members to nominate and take part if they have the time and passion to get involved. If not on committee, there are other opportunities such as sub-committees or projects.
